In memory of the original contributors to Local Paddler in the past! By Local Paddler
Local Paddler was created in 2001 and it was a paddling community website that existed long before the modern online communities of facebook, youtube, flickr, and google plus.  Back then Local Paddler was packed full of online contributors that had a passion for paddlesports.  The passion ran deep in their sole.  The video and photo gallery below show cases the best of these contributions from the orginal Local Paddler.

Local Paddler Adventure Tour will start the first weekend of May! By Local Paddler
The Local Paddler Adventure Tour will be starting the first weekend of May in 2012.  The tour will consists of a series of on water events including: Learn to SUP courses, Erase The Trace Waterway clean ups, Moon light paddleboarding trips, Board and brew nights, and Stand Up Paddleboarding on water competitions.  More information coming soon!

Localpaddler Adventure Tour is on Facebook! By localpaddler
Local Paddler Adventure Tour will be updating a facebook page.  Primary, the facebook page will provide an online community for sharing and expressing information about the exciting events along the tour.  We will also be showcasing Local Paddler Adventures that are available in our cities of operation.  As a public resource the facebook page will also provide online instructional videos for different aspects of paddleboarding basics and advanced techniques.  Lastly the facebook page will provide product incite into the many uses of Stand Up Paddleboarding and product reviews.

Local Paddler Adventure Tour on YouTube! By Local Paddler
Local Paddler Adventure Tour will be updating a YouTube channel.  The YouTube channel will first showcase Local Paddler Adventures that are available in our cities of operation.  As a public resource the YouTube channel will also provide online instructional videos for different aspects of paddleboarding basics and advanced techniques.  Lastly the YouTube channel will provide product incite into the many uses of Stand Up Paddleboarding and product reviews.
